Returns
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receiving the order. In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order contains all relevant parts and components, and the packaging is as received with the product.
- Normal handling of the product is evident, and breakages due to improper handling are excluded.
- Products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
- The product was immediately identified as defective upon receipt.
- We reserve the right to charge the customer shipping costs.
- A return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially recognized within this period.
- We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged, and this is not due to our fault.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you need to take the following steps to initiate the return process:

Make sure your email includes the following information:- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product in case of damages
- Customer's first and last name
- Customer's address
We will then contact you and provide the return address.
Never send the return to the sender. We will send you the correct address after your request. You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has a right of withdrawal according to the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal act for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item. Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are executed immediately after receipt. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund after receiving the goods is not possible.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform AiyaGlow by an unequivocal statement (via email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is completed when we have received the goods. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
Shipment Progress in Transit
There may be longer transportation times that are beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way, withdrawal is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us of your withdrawal in advance. To ensure the quickest return, we kindly ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred due to choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we received the notification of your withdrawal and the goods were received. We will use the same payment method for this refund as you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
