Cookies

To make our website more attractive and enable the use of certain features, we use cookies on various pages. These are small text files that are stored on your device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted after the browser session ends, i.e., after you close your browser (so-called session cookies). Contacting Us

If you contact us (e.g., via a contact form or by email), personal data will be collected. The data collected in the case of a contact form is visible in the respective contact form. This data is used solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or for contacting you and the associated technical management. The legal basis for the processing of the data is our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. If your contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. Your data will be deleted once the inquiry has been processed unless there are statutory retention obligations.

Data processing for creating a customer account and contract processing

According to Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, personal data is also collected and processed if you provide it to us for contract fulfillment or to create a customer account. The data collected is visible in the respective input form. Deleting your customer account is possible at any time and can be done by sending a message to the contact details of the controller provided above. We store and use the data you provided for contract processing. After the complete fulfillment of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be blocked in consideration of tax and commercial law retention periods and deleted after these periods expire unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we have a legally permissible further use of your data, about which we will inform you below.

Use of your data for direct marketing

6.1 Subscription to our email newsletter
If you subscribe to our email newsletter, we will regularly send you information about our offers. The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your email address. Providing further data is voluntary and will be used to address you personally. For sending the newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that we will only send you the newsletter after you have explicitly confirmed that you agree to receive the newsletter. We will send you a confirmation email in which you must click on a link to confirm that you wish to receive newsletters in the future.
By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent to process your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. When subscribing to the newsletter, we store your IP address as registered by your Internet service provider (ISP), as well as the date and time of the registration, in order to trace any misuse of your email address at a later time. The data collected during your newsletter registration will be used solely for the purpose of marketing communication via the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by sending a message to the responsible entity. After unsubscribing, your email address will be promptly removed from our newsletter distribution list unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we have a further legally permissible use of your data, which we inform you about in this statement.

6.2 Sending email newsletters to existing customers
If you provided us with your email address when purchasing goods or services, we reserve the right to regularly send you offers for similar goods or services based on your previous purchases by email. No separate consent from you is required for this. The data processing is carried out solely based on our legitimate interest in personalized direct marketing in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. If you object to the use of your email address for this purpose, we will no longer send you promotional emails. You have the right to object to the use of your email address for this marketing purpose at any time by notifying the responsible entity. Only transmission costs based on the basic rates will apply. Once we receive your objection, we will immediately stop using your email address for marketing purposes.
